To the south you can drive on the beach, to the north no vehicles are allowed. Huge, fenced backyard has a raised deck, artificial lawn, and gas BBQ (propane supplied). Wi-Fi and basic cable is included and guests are able to log into their own streaming subscriptions on the Smart TVs. Full size washer and dryer in the home.
