This adorable and newly refurbished home is located just one block from the beach and a short walk away from downtown Cayucos! Woody's Beach House is a cottage with lots of charm, a large backyard, linens, and a special "nook" off of the laundry room with twin bunk beds. Bathoom is a "Jack and Jill" between the two bedrooms and has a bathtub and handheld shower head - no stall door or curtain. Separate bath in the rear of the home does have a separate shower stall. Small pet negotiable with non-refundable $100 fee.

Summary: Great location. You can walk down the street to a beach access stairway. We also walked to Sea Shanty with our small dog for dinner one night. Pet friendly. Nice patio with a fire pit to hang out at after a day at the beach. Living room with streaming television. Check in and out were easy. I would stay again.
