Ensuite bath/shower combinations in both. A fully equipped kitchen, including barware, allows for quiet dinners at home. PJ's Gourmet Market and Animas Wine & Spirits are a short 5 min. drive, as is Dalton Golf Club. We are perfectly situated 10 miles from Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Summary: Loved the private creek for my girls to play in. So close to a lot of Durango hot spots including Purgatory, James Ranch, and Bar D Wagon. Very peaceful and comfortable. Loved having access to a washer and dryer.
