Ceiling fans create cool breezes on the main floor rooms and porch. Games, books, and toys for young and old are on hand for family night gatherings. A plus is two bedrooms and full bathroom on the main floor for guests who may have mobility issues.
In the evening, gather around the fire pit on the brick paver patio.
Stored in the boat house are toys, lawn games and bikes for the whole family to enjoy. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrella are available for your use.
