4 Bedroom Cottage in Hurricane

A 116 year-old intriguing pioneer home with beautiful pecan trees close to Zion National park, within walking and biking distance to restaurants. Have a seat on old-time rocking chairs on the quiet porch with amazing fresh pecans from trees in front yard. Nutcrackers provided! There’s a free community splash pad for kids 1 block away right next to a historical museum. A community pool 8 blocks away. Tuacahn center for the Arts is 35 minutes away in Ivins. The house has a spacious pull through an enclosed back area with a beautiful view of the mountain. Tons of off street parking space. The kitchen and the 2 baths have been fully remodeled. It's clean and comfortable. On the first floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, a full bath and 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. On the 2nd floor, there is a family room with a television, a ROKU box with a Netflix and HULU subscription, and a bath and 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bed each. The family room has a large chair and sofa
with a recliner. You may bring sleeping bags or additional bedding. There is a port-a-crib in the upstairs closet. The kitchen is stocked with dishes (service for 10), pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, mixer, blender, crockpot, toaster, waffle iron, dishwasher, and microwave. Plenty of room to park several RVs, boats, trailers, ATVs, etc behind a large secured fence. World-Class Mountain Bike trails and ATV trails close by. Zions National Park, with Kolob canyon, The Narrows, Angels Landing is only 20 minutes away. Two boating and fishing Reservoirs within 10 miles. One is Sand Hollow State Park with world class Off Road ATV riding and with swimming, boating, and fishing. Lots to do while visiting the hurricane house. Check-in is 4:00 pm on the date of arrival and check-out is 11:00 am on date of departure.

The Huntsman Senior Games with 10,000 athletes from around the world and also hosts the worlds largest Softball tournament with over 340 teams. Summary: Perfect property for exploring Zion. Short, easy and scenic drive to the park. Property has been renovated. Loved that there were 4 queen beds. Lots of space in the house. Nice cool AC. Washer and Dryer were a big plus for us and worked great. Older house but well taken care of. Owner was attentive to our needs and feedback. Would stay again!
