Refreshing ocean air and beautiful sunsets just steps from the beach!!! This beautifully updated & spacioustwo story house can comfortably accommodate 8 people with a Cal King bed in the upstairs master bedroom, 3 queen beds in the downstairs bedrooms and a sofa queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Stainless steel appliances, and an updated kitchen are perfect for cooking a meal or you can order in from one of the nearby restaurants. Just 100 yards to the beach where you can ride ATV`s or enjoy relaxing on the sand. The front deck is complete with a BBQ and comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks. There is a back deck off the master and a cozy back yard patio as well. It doesn`t get much better than this!! You may park on the street as well as the driveway. Parking in the garage is allowed, we just ask that you use the drip trays when parking in the garage. If there is residue left in the garage, there will be a cleaning charge.NO PETS/NO PARTIES/NO EXCEPTIONS~

LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. This must be paid prior to the 11 a.m. check out time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request. *NOTE: Although this property is not pet frienldy, the owner brings his dog when he is here. If you are alergic, please keep that in mind*
