Nestled on a 3.4-acre private lot with a 1000 sq ft viewing deck. Each bedroom comes equipped with heated mattress pads and a smart TV. Fully loaded kitchen with basic amenities provided ensures that you can prepare your own meals. The living room also has a smart TV. Individual temp. systems in each room allow you to control the temperature to your liking. Fencing is not completely enclosed. Outdoor fire, wood not provided. Fire safety expected. two steps away. There is a hose on the property for guest to use, but because we are on a slope it is difficult to access so we ask for guest to use extreme caution. We also ask guest not to access our private shed. ***There are 4 security cameras installed that monitor who comes and goes on the property. INSURANCE RULES STATE ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED. The cameras are located in the front facing the street/driveway, one facing the shed (at the bottom of the stairs) and one behind the shed facing the back of our property.*** We look forward to hosting you in our home away from home!!
