Summary: am very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. During my stay, the TV in my room was not working, so I called the front desk to explain the issue and get assistance. Instead of being helpful and understanding, the staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problem and provided very little support. As a paying guest, I expected better communication and customer service. The lack of urgency and concern for a basic room amenity made my stay frustrating and uncomfortable. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes steps to improve staff responsiveness and guest support so future guests do not have the same experience
