Summary: This is a very nice house and with the exception of intermittently working master bathroom shower, the description is accurate. But two things you need to know that aren't disclosed: it's not quiet. Highway 95 is less than 100 ft away and has traffic 24/7. And there is a heavily used freight line not far away with trains blowing their horn at both of the nearby grade crossings, and they operate all night. The second thing is that the lake level drops 10-12 ft during the winter. I knew I wasn't going to be frolicking in the water in late March, but the drastic reduction in water level creates a weird view of high and dry docks and large muddy beaches that negates most of the beauty of being "lakeside."
