Summary: Very lovely time - the property is wonderfully situated on the beach with an incredible view from the huge deck. Victor was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and everything went very smoothly with the checkin/out process. There were beach items for our use, including a buoy and a small dock for the kids to use for jumping into the water from. We had an amazing time and would stay here again!The one small point I'd bring up is that the next-door neighbors (who are very friendly) used to live in this house, and therefore can be almost a little overly friendly and may just walk right over onto the property to chat with you or the neighbors on the other side. Nothing malicious at all, but if you like your privacy, you may need to be direct with them
