Enjoy your very own dock, a fleet of four kayaks (and lifejackets!) to take out each morning, and an outdoor firepit to curl up next to for evening s'mores and stargazing.
This two-story home is located on the bayfront in the outskirts of Niceville, about 10 miles from the heart of town. It's a prime location for watersports on the bay or easy day trips to the Gulf beaches of the Emerald Coast. You'll be close to a county park and boat launch (one and a half miles), Henderson Beach State Park (11 miles), Destin (14 miles), and Miramar Beach (14 miles), to name just a few of the nearby attractions.
It's a pleasure spending afternoons outdoors here, whether you're playing with your kids in the backyard, barbecuing on the gas grill, or admiring the view from the sundeck or the shaded ground-floor patio.
Inside, the main living area is an open and sunny space on the upper floor. It brings together a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room with a soft sectional and one of the home's TVs. In the evenings, head downstairs to find a fun-filled den complete with a pool table, a dart board, and an arcade game. The bedrooms are all on the upper floor, each with its own TV. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided as well.
