The house sits in Admiral, a scenic, walkable West Seattle neighborhood perched on the peninsula`s northern bluff, known for big water-and-mountain views and a friendly `urban village` feel. It`s an easy base from where you can experience local cafés, parks, and classic Seattle scenery—without staying in the downtown core.

The Admiral Neighborhood Association also highlights the Admiral movie theater as a retro, nautical-themed local landmark worth catching for an evening outing.

EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The booking engine allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.
LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out.
