Lovely, warm townhouse located in the Colfax Meadows area of Studio City. Walking distance to Tujunga Village, a wonderful pedestrian district with many sweet shops, cafes and restaurants. The home has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs, the master BR has a king bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Ample closet and dresser space. There's a washer and dryer in an enclosed alcove in the upstairs hallway. Downstairs is a comfy living room connected to a split-level dining area. Further down the hall there's a kitchen with an office adjacent. The office has a daybed with trundle, which offers either a second sitting room or an extra bedroom with two twin beds, which can be used separately or combined to create a king-size bed. (Note: the office sits at the end of the first-floor hallway and does not have a door; however, it's on the other end of the house from the living room and still feels private.) There are front and back patios downstairs with seating, and an upstairs patio off the master bedroom with a cafe table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. (The kitchen has both a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.) There are three televisions in the home (living room, office and master bedroom), each equipped with an Amazon Fire stick for you to access all major streaming services.
