Used exclusively as short-term rental, this like new home is professionally clean and sanitized after every visit. Dynamic open floor plan in living area, 55 in TV with a bar leading into kitchen. Beautiful new floors throughout this 2100 square foot house. New kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops with new appliances. A bar height table in breakfast nook with a large dinning room table. Four bedrooms, inclusive of two master suites with sitting areas and 40 inch TV screens. Two fantastic bathrooms, both completely redone and expanded.

Summary: Very well kept property. Plenty of room for our group of 6. The location is great, easy to get to shopping in Northport and very short drive over the river into campus. The owners were very welcoming & responsive to questions via text. reveveresponsive to questions
