Our 5bd/5br (sleeps 21 in beds) waterfront luxury home is the perfect location for a summer vacation, weekend escape, family reunion, or even a fisherman's getaway! The luxury house sits on a huge, heavily treed lot, with amazing sunset views from the main house or deck, and also from the upstairs master suite. It's also great for keeping a close eye on kids playing in the yard, fishing off the dock, or splashing around in the lake.
A large outdoor new composite deck boasts plenty of room for grilling, relaxing in new comfortable patio furniture and chaise loungers with your morning coffee, or having a glass of wine or evening meal in the evening on new Adirondack patio table and chairs for 6 people. Near the water, we have a large outdoor patio with a gas fireplace/chimney for enjoying smores with the kids in the evening while sharing laughs and making memories with ample Adirondack chair seating around a centralized gas firepit. Access from the house to the dock is made easy with a large flagstone walkway, with illuminated deck stair lights.
The new 2 story PARTY boat dock (complete with 3 new 10,500 pound boat lifts w/ remotes) has plenty of room for catching sun, eating, fishing, boating, swimming, or just watching the starlit nights! The water depth ranges from 6-12 ft around the dock with a safe, sandy bottom. Crappie, bass, and catfish are plentiful under and around the dock, making a FISH FRY an easy meal one night of your stay!
The house is fully equipped with standard new kitchen appliances, flatware, new dishes and luxury knife set, utensils, coffee pot, and all the amenities of home! A large dining room and table (seats 8) and great room have uninhibited views of the yard and lake via floor to ceiling windows and a large sliding glass door. There is additional seating for 4 more around the large kitchen island for guests. There is a large 75in Samsung smart HDTV in the living room, and 55in Samsung smart HDTV's in the bunk room, and each of the master bedrooms.
The downstairs master en-suite (king bed) has a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, stand alone bathtub, double sink vanity, and amazing views. The shower is large enough for 2, with plenty of power! The other downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds, and nice access to its bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a 2nd master suite (kind bed + single twin) upstairs with a double head shower for 2 people as well, along with a double sink vanity, and great lake views from the large window. The other bedroom upstairs has a queen bed + single twin and its own bathroom with standing shower. We also have a bonus bunk room upstairs with has 3 built in single bunk beds over 3 queen bunk beds for the kids or extra sleeping arrangements. There is a large closet, double sink vanity, and large walk-in shower. ALL BEDS, MATTRESSES, SHEETS, COMFORTERS, AND PILLOWS are BRAND NEW...as well as the LIVING ROOM SECTIONAL, DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS, PATIO FURNITURE, and most of the DECOR!!!!
There is a front garage and adjoining driveway which accommodates 3-4 cars. An in-ground basketball goal accents the driveway for anyone wanting to perfect their jumpshot!
We have the most comfortable new pillow-top beds and cold A/C for any of you late sleepers!! This end of the lake has deeper, clearer water, for better fishing, and is only minutes away from Tara Winery. Overall, a great lakehouse for anyone wanting to relax, have fun, make lasting memories, and get away!!!
