The condo features two bedrooms & two bathrooms, ideal for couples or families. A fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry offer the comforts of home.
Relax on the private patio & enjoy beautiful mountain views—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
Built in 2023, this condo features an open, spacious floor plan with a large primary suite complete with an en-suite bath, dresser, and two closets.
The guest bedroom also offers ample storage with large closets and a dresser. Enjoy comfortable living and dining areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full-size in-unit washer and dryer.
Guests have access to the front lobby, elevators, stairs, condo, and private patio.

Summary: This upcoming neighborhood is conveniently located within walking distance from downtown and easy access to the 101. Across the street is the SLO Co-op which provides all the grocery basics, and around the corner is Taste Eatery for a delicious and convenient meal.
