Located in the lovely, tree-lined and safe Chevy Chase, it is within walking distance of the UK campus, football stadium, medical center, Arboretum, and the vibrant Chevy Chase business area. Nearby is downtown Lexington, with its many restaurants and bars. The apartment has a kitchenette with no stove, but with a sink, microwave, toaster oven , and mini-fridge.
