Located on Planting Island, this home is set on a narrow causeway along the sparkling waters of Sippican Harbor in Marion. This newly remodeled home offers an elegant, relaxed base with tons of natural light and water views throughout the house. An open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living rooms with the large screened in porch with an abundance of seating for easy entertaining. Enjoy walking to the beach with views of buzzards bay for sunsets and views of Bird Island lighthouse.
The Space:
Living room includes a sofa with chaise and chair that blends with the contemporary design. Along with the abundance of windows and natural light in the great room, you will find a Samsung Frame TV that looks like artwork when not in use. You will be able to log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. It also includes a beautiful wooden coffee table and a cozy rug that adorns the beautiful hardwood floors.
The newly renovated and open L-shaped kitchen with high end appliances awaits your gourmet meals! Well stocked with kitchen essentials and includes a flat cooktop, oven, and seating for two at the island. You will enjoy the high end HADEN Dorchester Ultra Matte White Programmable 12 Cup Drip Coffee Maker
The indoor dining room with a table and seating for four plus, opens up to the 325 sq ft screened porch with an additional dining table with seating for six.
In the huge screened in porch with vaulted ceilings you can enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks in the comfortable lounge seating for ten while looking out over the water. Two additional seats available at the kitchen island.
There are a total of three bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning here are the bedroom layouts:
Bedroom 1: first floor master with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: second floor with king bed
Bedroom 3: second floor with two queen beds
There are two full size bathrooms. One on each level of the home. The first floor bathroom can be access from the master bedroom. Both newly renovated bathrooms have beautifully tiled walk-in showers.
Outdoors there is a deck with plenty of seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower as well.

We are delighted to host you for your upcoming stay! The owner of the house lives here while guests are not staying. With this in mind we ask that you treat the house with utmost respect.
While you are staying with us:
-No parties.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.
-Quiet hours begin at 11PM, at this time all guests should be off all exterior spaces, this is not a curfew.
-Bring your furry friends, one dog is allowed. $50 per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.
-Help us keep a shoe free home by leaving shoes by the front door.
No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
