Summary: We had 5 people staying at location. I didn't realize that the access code was listed on the reservation but before that I had messaged the manager and got no response. We didn't have enough towels for everyone outside of having to use some extra beach towels that we found. The check in/out procedure was non-existent. I don't know if I did what was expected when I left today. The toilet leaked at the floor. There were mouse droppings in bathroom, and the king size bed had mouse droppings under the covers. There were no hand towels or wash rags in the kitchen, we had to grab towels from the bathroom.
