Summary: Great and welcoming hotel. The view was amazing, room service was top notch. The entire room and bathroom was luxurious. Only complaint I can list was the shower faucet. 10 min into checking into our room we kept hearing a "scream/screech sound" thinking it was from down the hall. The noised occured every 30 minutes, we narrowed it down to the shower faucet causing the noise. We attended an event so everything was last minute, by the time we got into the room we were beat to call the front desk to have somebody come fix it with it being very late. We took a couple of sleeping pills and fixed our problem. Everything about the hotel was amazing.
