Summary: Great location in proximity to downtown and UCSB. Adequate parking, hot tub nice, good table to sit around in kitchen. Air conditioning great to have. Family room comfortable with large tv. Beds comfortable with enough linens and towels. Kitchen below average-falling apart in many ways. Cabinets don’t close, faucet broken, No water filter in refrigerator, overall function of kitchen not great. Kitchen definitely needs some TLC. Curb appeal below average-pretty unkept.
