Summary: There was an event going on that blocked all streets around the hotel. A gentleman called a couple of days before and informed us and told us to call when we got here and they would tell us how to park at the hotel. Well we did and the woman at the front desk told us she didn't kniw anything and maybe we could park at the library and walk. Unacceptable.
