Our property is located in a residential area, with some mixed use buildings nearby. We love being able to provide that hometown feel while still being close enough to the main highway to get to where you need to go. Please know that we are always looking to respect our neighbors. If you are planning on having a party, making a lot of noise or being at all disruptive to the surrounding homes, this may not be a good fit for you.
You will have access to the entire unit and it's private outdoor space.
On the second floor of a 5 unit complex, this private 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit is newly built in 2019. Enter into the open concept kitchen and living area which allows easy socializing while the chefs in the group use top of the line appliances and spacious countertops to cook delicious meals. A fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for those chilly mornings and deck off the living area is a great spot to grill and enjoy the afternoon sun. Or feel free to stay in and enjoy WiFi and use of the TV.
Two master bedroom suites: one with king size bed and the other a double/twin bunk combo. We have a queen air mattress available.
Towels and linens provided. We also have beach towels and 2 beach chairs for you to use.
The 1/2 bathroom shares space with our laundry area which houses a brand new washer and dryer.
And to top it all off go to the private roof deck (only accessible from within your unit!) and enjoy 360 degree views of the ocean and mountains. This is a fantastic place to wind down and enjoy the cool ocean breeze at the end of the day!
Centrally located, the Getaway at Newport is less than 1/2 mile from the Amtrak Train Station and 1 mile to the 101 freeway. Downtown Pismo is a short 6 minute drive while the quaint Arroyo Grande Village is an 8 minute drive. The Oceano Dunes are 1/2 mile from the property as well as the Monarch Butterfly Reserve.
