Positive: The location seem to be fairly decent except for that it was in a part of town I wouldn't necessarily recommend.

Negative: I was sent information through booking.com about how to enter the property. However, when I arrive to the property the codes would not work, I had a phone number in order to reach out and no one was answering the phone. I had been attempting to be in contact with the property owner from Thursday night until an hour after my arrival. I had to send a phone message that basically said I can't even get into the property and I'm going to request a full refund. At this point the proper the owner sent me a text message. I had attempted to work with the owner in order to do an additional night because resources through booking.com were not working out for this. The owner kept telling me they weren't getting messages through booking.com that I clearly sent. Do to poor communication on their part, the additional time could not be worked out. I wound up checking out of the property, multiple things within the property were not working. It was indicated that there would be access to TVs but none of the controls worked and only one TV had a single button to turn it on but not to go through any potential channels. There was a electric air rotator that had a tube going out a window that was taped into place and the building was incredibly cold upon entry. When the temperature outside was only 50°. There were no instructions on how to work the heat, or other appliances within the location.
