This special 3 bedroom 2 bath home is quaint and special and located just south of the 10 and 303 interchange. Great location for shopping, baseball, seeing all the sites of Arizona and with super easy freeway access. Quiet neighborhood, beautifully kept home with everything you need to make a home away from home. Enter into a formal entry way with the large kitchen on the left. Lots or counter space and full pantry and eat in kitchen with comfy seating for 4. Dine, play games or even do a puzzle on this light and bight breakfast room. The open concept kitchen overlooks the great room with bar seating at the kitchen for entertaining or chatting with doing meal prep. The great room has a grand TV and ample leather seating. Cozy and perfect for relaxing. High Speed Internet and Cable TV available in this home. Off the great room and separated by two other bedrooms is the master. Queen sized comfortable bed with TV for your enjoyment. The en-suite bath with walk in shower, double sinks, a toilet room and walk in closet make this the master retreat you deserve. On the other side of the home there is a bedroom with a full sized bed and large closet and it shares the bath with the 3rd bedroom which is set as an office/bedroom with a queen bed. It has an inflatable bed in case you need to sleep a couple more. Inside laundry room and access to the two car garage are just off the guest hallway.
