A private covered boat dock is easily accessed from the decks by a wooden walkway and stairs. A gas grill, and abundance of outdoor seating are provided for outdoor dinners and relaxing in a private setting as Sunset Cove backs to Corps property, and is located on a private cul-de-sac. Pocket french doors on the upper and lower levels bring the outdoors inside, along with the outdoor surround sound system. A secluded location, Sunset Cove also provides easy access to downtown Cadiz, and I-24.
