Summary: Met all of our needs. Upgrades include huge TV, smart refrigerator, nice grill, nice appliances. Everything looked like it was just remodeled & done very nicely. One of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. Nothing but good things to say. Close to UNCW, close to the beach, close to the river. Great value for the price.
