Property has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on 2nd floor (two master bedrooms) and a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the third floor. Third floor also has a queen sleeper sofa, ping pong, foosball, TV.
A resort fee of $15 per person per stay for those 4 and older is additional charge May 15th - September 30th.
Main level has large open plan kitchen (fully stocked for all your cooking needs) with dining table seating 10 and breakfast bar seating 6, living room with TV and gas fireplace.
There is an outdoor fire pit to the rear. Parking for 4 cars. (two in front and 2 in back).
Front screened porch with dining table and seating area. (please note golf cart not available due to weather between Oct-April).
$15 per person resort fee applicable May - September.
The beach and pool are a short stroll (5 min walk or less in golf cart).
Beach chairs, beach toys, wagon and a roller cooler available for your convenience.
