Summary: This is more of an FYI, you can only use the hot tub for three hours a day, he told us to let him know our schedule so he could turn it on, we always had to e-mail for him to turn it on, and it took a half an hour to warm up, so if you want it at eight say you want it for seven thirty, the one day he did turn it on in time we were so happy because we were out for dinner, unfortunately the heat wasn’t turned on. The pool is not heated, you can get it heated for 250 extra a day but you need 24 hour notice. I left a few items in the dryer when I left, I emailed him and he said he could ship them, I told him my son could come and pick the stuff up, then he told me it was to late they had thrown everything away, but I had reached out to him before they would have been done cleaning, my suggestion would be maybe use a text message instead of e-mail so you get a faster response, in saying all of this I would still rent this house again, another suggestion would be to add drapes or blinds to the bathrooms and all bedrooms!
