• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

This home sits in a highly desired neighborhood of Morro Bay, on a large lot with AMAZING views of Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean. You will have use of the beautifully decorated and updated main house, plus 2 separate guest suites! It is ideal for multiple family get-togethers, providing plenty of room for friends and family to gather in the large common areas of the main house and courtyard, while affording the different groups their due privacy when they retreat to their respective suites.

• Washer and Dryer for guest use located in laundry closet in this suite.
