Summary: Overall this was good. The property manager met us , which was very helpful.However the refrigerator/freezer had stopped working before we arrived. The outside panel was lit up, so you don't give it a second thought.....This is my take looking back on what unfolded it had stopped working sometime in the last 12 hours..It was very warm and there was no ice . There was also a thermostat in the freezer on one of racks .I spent a fair amount of time dealing with this between the property manger and owner. Which took away from the 1st part of our weekend. If we had shown up with ice cream.. well not good. There are two other small refrigerators. No other freezers.But we could only get the one in the basement down to 45 degrees. What to expect, great view , good kitchen for everyone to gather/cook in. The wine bar is directly below the balcony was closed ,which made the balcony more private. The bar appears to be changing hands. The elevator was great . It does not go to the roof terrace.The three beds/entertainment room is window less.But has a good shower downstairs . This rental is probably due for a bit of paint, and some attention to the bathrooms. etc.Overall is was a lovely weekend. But check refrigerator in any rental. This is the second time this has happened to us with a VRBO rental.
