Living room is furnished with a fireplace, Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Dining area seats eight along with a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Sleeps 8 people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, as well as a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Ocean views from multiple decks, Gas BBQ, and outdoor dining perfect for entertaining family and friends. Washer and dryer.
One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces.

Summary: We had an incredible stay during the week of Christmas at this beautiful townhouse! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, and the large table in the kitchen which was perfect for seating all 8 of us comfortably. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and multiple coffee shops/restaurants, with stunning ocean and sunset views, especially from the second floor. Kitchen could have been a bit more stocked, as there was only salt and pepper for spices, but overall, we made it work and were able to use the available cooking supplies for our Christmas meals. PS there was a crack in the kitchen window that was present before we arrived, but the rental company is already aware of this.
