Summary: My girlfriend and I stayed at the property for a long weekend getaway. The house is just a short walk or drive from Patton Street which has a lot of bars, restaurants and shops like the Orange Peel for live music and Wicked Weed Brewing. The house is NOT in a sketch neighborhood like another review mentioned. It is in a cute neighborhood of older bungalow style and bigger homes, some of which have been renovated and others that haven't. The living room and dining room well well lit and filled with natural light. The kitchen was well appointed and the appliances are all newer. The washer and dryer were new models too. The bedroom was cute and the house had wood floors throughout. The backyard has a fire pit which we did not use. Towels and sheets were provided and they were clean. The owner reached out to me by text the day of arrival and while we did not need anything, I feel that the owner would've been responsive to my needs had I reached out. It is as advertised. A cute, stylish bungalow in a safe and charming neighborhood. I would rent this listing again and woudl recommend it to my friends!
