Well kept home and managed well by assoc. Overlooking beautiful pool, no lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. Pool is open mid May to mid September. . Very nice quiet location. Walking distance to Ship Bottoms activities. Beach badges - 4- are left as a courtesy but not guaranteed. Standard coffee maker and Keurig supplied. Tenants must sign pool rules No smoking in home or on property please.
