Summary: We stay at this hotel each year for an annual event. The staff are always really great. However, this hotel is poorly maintained once you leave the lobby floor. The carpet in our room was taped together. The blackout curtains were ripped up on the seams. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The tub was stained so badly I originally thought it was dirty. Marriott needs to bring this property up to its standards.
