Enjoy a stay in our delightful studio with its own entrance, a kitchenette for easy cooking and a BBQ in the backyard to enjoy while watching the sun set during our beautiful California evenings. Sleep comfortably on our memory foam mattress on the queen bed, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. We are centrally located between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara, and between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Perfect for a stop for the night or to enjoy some time on our beautiful Central Coast.
Private entrance into your own little paradise with WiFi. This studio offers a comfortable memory foam mattress on the main bed and the sofa sleeper has an extra pad on top for added comfort. If you are booking a 5th person, I do have a cot I can provide and there is room for it in the studio. I also have a baby bed if needed.
A full bath includes a bathtub and shower, enough towels for everyone and a hair dryer. There's a full size closet with hangers and extra folding chairs, nightstand drawers, and extra storage space if needed. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with cold water and ice, a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and an assortment of cooking utensils and spices.
The TV is on a swivel arm so you can watch from the comfort of your bed or couch and there are a few games to enjoy. Step out onto the patio and cook your own bbq if you'd like or just breath in the fresh air under the shade sails and watch the sunset. When the fruit trees are in season we welcome you to pick and enjoy!
We are centrally located between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara, also between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Enjoy the local tourist spots like Pismo Beach, Avila Beach and Avila Barn, Solvang, and Old Town Orcutt. Or just stop for the night as you're passing through. Either way I think you'll enjoy resting at my place.
