Occupancy is 2 guests with occasional overnight guests not to exceed 4 occupants. Owner will consider 1 dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. There is a $225/per month non-refundable pet fee. (Larger dog breeds such as retrievers do not meet the pet policy because of size and coat shedding).
Strict City of Pismo Beach ordinance minimum 30+ night rental. Owner requires a refundable security deposit, property damage insurance and mid-month housecleaning.
