Positive: Best part was being on the lake with lake access. Also appreciated all the barbequing equipment, canoe/kayaks, outdoor lighting and overhead fans. Location is within hour of 3 of Arkansas's best state parks.

Negative: Owners are apparently remodeling/restoring interior and the photos of the living room ceiling are not currently accurate. The wooden deck has a floor joyce that needs to be replaced which makes part of the deck very wobbly. This can be managed by a balanced person but one of our party requires a walker and was limted to a small area on the deck. Priority should be given to this as it could be a legal problem if someone falls and is seriously injured. Deck furnishings are worn out and need to be replaced.
