Tonto Basin is surrounded by multiple mountain ranges including the Sierra Anchas, Four Peaks, Mt. Ord to name a few. This home has views of the Sierra Ancha wilderness area to the east, the Mazatzal mountains to the west, and Four Peaks to the south. Just 10 minutes to ROOSEVELT LAKE for great fishing and water sports. You can take your ATV right from this home to many FOREST service roads.
Tonto Basin is "Where the West Lives"...... Speaking of the the West, Historic Payson is only 30 minutes away and Roosevelt Damn is 15 min.
There are multiple restaurants and bars in Tonto Basin as well as an IGA grocery store and Ace Hardware are 1/4 mile away from your front door. You have everything you need and some of the best "Brag" rights about your AZ stay/vacation right here in Tonto Basin!!

After the quail do their late afternoon run around the neighborhood, if you enjoy quiet star lit nights with the occasional sounds of owls and coyotes, you will not be disappointed.

The newly remodeled home features over 2400 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms + den, 2 full baths. It has a large laundry room with full size recent LG washer and dryer. The parking can accommodate any size RV along with any toys that you choose to come up with.

Lake Roosevelt is one of the, if not, best lakes in AZ for fishing. In the summer this large and quiet lake is also enjoyed by a few watersports enthusiasts.
