A fire pit offers great atmosphere for outside evening gatherings. This property is located just off a paved road with easy access year round, level lot with abundant parking. Riverfront swing, stone steps that give easy access into the river for kayaking, tubing and fishing. If you enjoy trout fishing, Fannin County is the Trout Capital of GA. If you enjoy kayaking or tubing it's all located just out your back door. This cabin is located 6 miles from Blue Ridge, GA where you can ride the scenic train, 6 miles to McCaysville, TN and less than 20 miles from the Oconee River where you can ride world class olympic rapids.
