This lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood five miles from the popular River Street. This 2,100-square-foot home, which sits on a treed half acre lot, was recently remodeled and beautifully furnished and boasts a brand-new private pool! When you aren't taking a refreshing dip, enjoy time exploring the woodsy grounds or spending a lazy afternoon napping in the hammock.

Inside, relax in the comfort of the quaint living room, cook meals together in the well-appointed kitchen, and rest well at night in the three bedrooms, each of which includes a TV. Gather in the family room and sink into the leather sofas, turn on the TV and enjoy a group movie night.

A pool/guest house was also added, a perfect space for greater privacy and relaxation, and offers many conveniences including a queen bed, full bath (shower, toilet, sink), and kitchenette.

Summary: My Girl Scout troop of 7 girls and 2 adults stayed here for 6 days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Quick drive to Savannah where we spent all of our time. Easy access to Food Lion for groceries, some fast food and other necessities. Only problem we had was while the home was big enough for us to sleep and enjoy, there is only one shower. The water did stay nice and hot for all of us though. We enjoyed our stay in the Pineapple House!
