MAIN LIVING SPACE: With direct views of South’s scenic lake, the first-floor den centers around a sofa, with queen sleeper, and pair of club chairs, all facing a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. Wrapped in white shiplap, this charming gathering space flows right into the kitchen, where a broad island has a trio of bar-height chairs. Stainless appliances and high-end selections for lighting and countertops add a luxe look, and you’ll have plenty of space to make a quick meal or gourmet seafood supper.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: A light-filled primary suite on the second floor features a vaulted ceiling and a king-size bed in a space designed in soothing white and chilled gray. Step onto the private balcony, lined with handsome columns, for views over the lake to other beach homes and the wrap-around walking pier.
