Summary: Check in only had one room we reserved two heat wasn't working in the room switched us to a smaller from from two queen beds to two full beds two towels the had no towels in the pool room temperature was cold in there we asked for towels they had no clean laundry for the pool room or the rooms in all very upsetting and displeasing family trip wouldn't recommend to anyone it was a disaster plus there was no breakfast for hungry teenagers on the trip just coffee
