If you want a secure getaway with minimum occupancy, this condo is for you! This condo is located right on the Texas Motor Speedway and, except for race weekends, the entire building is almost completely unoccupied.
Just 14 miles north of Ft. Worth on I-35W with convenient access to DFW Airport and minutes away from food and the Stockyards!
This is the perfect getaway for anyone that loves NASCAR! 2 bedrooms (plus sleeper sofa), 2 full bathrooms, fully furnished, sleeps 6 comfortably and ready for entertaining. Additional guests will have to arrange their own sleeping arrangements. On race weekends, only 8 guests will receive tickets to be in the condo during the races.
All linens and complete kitchen utensils are provided. There is a washer and dryer available in the condo during your stay. Bring your own food and favorite beverages and never leave the premises (fridge will be stocked with water upon your arrival). Catering is also available from nearby restaurants.
PARKING: Available right in front of the condo and security is on premises 24/7. Enjoy swimming in the Texas shaped pool or play tennis on the courts (for guests only).
Please NO SMOKING inside of the condo - Please be respectful of the property. We ask that you please remove shoes while in the residence as to help maintain a clean area throughout. Please book at least 7 days prior to reservation dates to allow us to get the property ready.
RACE WEEKENDS:*
You will be provided with 8 electronic tickets per race/per day - They may not allow Pit Access. The tickets will allow only 8 guests in the condo during a race - A ticket is required for each person who enters the condo during race weekends. You can purchase additional tickets in advance at a premium price, if needed. Let me know in advance so that can be done!
*If you do happen to book a race weekend before our prices are adjusted for the included tickets, please be aware that you may need to pay the adjustment!
