Summary: This was a great house. The queen bed my husband & I slept in was very comfortable. Everything was nice & the couches were comfy too! Ryan was a great host - he even left cookie mix, Christmas cookie cutters, decorating icing, and sprinkles out for my boys to make! They had a great time doing it & we appreciated this kind & welcoming gesture! My only complaint was that the location said about one mile from music row, but this house was 12 miles. I let Ryan know about this and he said it was a mix up with the location of one of his other properties and that he would fix it. Other than being farther away from downtown than we wanted, everything else was great! Thanks Ryan!
