My place is close to Ocean Point, Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor. It's very quiet and private. It's good for couples, solo's, business travelers, families, pets. It converted to a cottage with a small addition, sunroom and deck. It has a full kitchen - with lobster pots, air fryer, full bath, washer and dryer and sleeps 4. There is wi-fi and a Roku TV. There are song birds around and you might even see some wild turkeys and deer on the property. A nice back yard with a grill for cookouts. There are several things to do in the area. I can provide a list. A Great place to relax after a day of exploring the area.
