Summary: We've been staying at this hotel on and off for more than the past 10 years. Since our last visit in 2021, it looks like the parent company has completely forgotten about this hotel. The facility is woefully understaffed, and the rooms are long overdue for freshening. The complimentary breakfast was inedible. There's existing tarped roof damage from a summer storm that faces the street. This unsightliness further lends to the tired appearance of the facility. We have always really enjoyed staying at this hotel as it is at a very convenient halfway point to our destination and we really like the hotel staff. We sincerely hope the owners will take critiques like this to heart and save the hotel while it is still worth saving.
