Summary: I tried to see if I could get a larger room as my grandkids decided they wanted to stay with me and I needed a larger room as this one was very small. I couldn’t get a room because I booked through-hotel.com and they would not upgrade me, even though I was willing to pay the extra and was told we couldn’t get any cots as they were fire hazard. So I went to another hotel so that I could visit with my grandkids. Did not stay the 2 night and couldn’t get a refund. Very disappointed.
