Bay Cottage sits in the historic district of Old Southeast, just a 7 min. stroll from Lassing Park and the crystal clear waters of Tampa Bay, and a less than four min. drive into Downtown St Pete.

Bay Cottage is a newly constructed, completely separate dwelling located on the back section of the property where the main house, an adorable vintage 1925 Victorian, is owner occupied.

There is a totally separate parking area and gated entrance into the cottages' fully fenced in, private patio area that is surrounded by lush gardens and tall palms.
The cottage has the ideal amount of space for one to two guests, as well as a dedicated off street parking spot that is right next to the Bay Cottage, and directly in front of the entrance gate.
She is a very modern dwelling with high vaulted ceilings throughout, an open floor plan, and ultra chic furnishings and decor, as well as lots of windows that allow plenty of natural light to shine in.

Summary: My boyfriend and I wanted a quick getaway somewhere we haven't been and St. Petersburg was a great area! Located in a quiet neighborhood, this little cottage was amazing. Nearby is a restaurant that's also an airport hangar and super cute! Amazing Stay.
