The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on! A pillow-top Sterns and Foster Cal-King mattress, soft, comfy linens and comforter, full bathroom with shower, toiletries and hair dryer, toiletries and kitchen. Balcony with umbrella table and chairs. Perfect get-a-way for any person/couple looking for a place close to the beaches (on east side of Highway 101, 7-10 min walk to beach) in Leucadia!
Local things to do: Relax on the beach, surfing, boogie boarding, walking the local beaches, bicycling on Famous Hwy 101, golfing at world renowned courses, hiking the beach reserves. Local delicious food restaurants, coffee houses, winery and pubs. Lots of shopping in funky Leucadia and Old Encinitas.

Summary: We love this spacious studio and have stayed multiple times. It has everything we need (inc a good kitchen), is close to many casual restaurants, near to many great beaches and the hosts are very organized and helpful. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood.
